That’s what this Zara heel is. Some pretty for your Saturday. Enjoy!
With your sweaters, that is! During fall I don’t think there is anything better than a chic slouchy sweater, paired with perfect cognac riding boots. All that’s really needed are some simple jewels and a statement handbag to let other know that yes – you know your sweater is oversized, and you meant to wear it that way! I’ve been crushing on this oversized Gap sweater – it looks like something I’d live in on the weekends. Since I can’t afford them, I’m hoping some of you take advantage of Loeffler Randall’s sale – these boots are beautiful. On that same token – this bag too! A girl can dream! Also, I’m love the cat earrings and ring from Madewell’s accessories — quirky and cute. We made it to Friday – happy weekend!
Saturday was a perfect fall day! I had the pleasure of snapping some photos of my friend Jess with her husband Adam and their new puppy Zoe! Zoe is a Rhodesian Ridgeback and just about the cutest puppy ever. We went to Freedom Park in Dilworth, Charlotte. Even though it was cloudy all day, we still had alot of fun! Jess snapped some photos for Suttonrowe — thank you!!
Happy Weekend! Throw those leaves :)
Since my move to Charlotte, NC I’m all about finding this city’s best kept secrets. I had heard good things about Atherton Mill Market and even more great things about Cast Iron Waffles. Any type of sweet breakfast is bound to get me out of bed early! Doing some fresh & local produce shopping is also a plus to set a healthy tone for the week.
Local pumpkins! Fall is in the air :)
I purchased some local apples at this cute stand! On to breakfast….
After reading this great article featuring Cast Iron Waffles, I knew my 1st choice was the Cinnamon Roll Waffle. However – I will definitely be going back to try the Biscoff! My many trips to and from Charlotte to Baltimore via airplane has made me a lifelong lover of those little Biscoff cookies :)
My waffle was out-of-this-world. Just what I was hoping for! Fresh cinnamon sugar topping along with a drizzle of icing glaze.
I also picked up a Garlic Oil Round of Sourdough bread from Duke’s Bread that will be perfect for a Sunday night pasta dinner! Overall a wonderful trip and I definitely plan to go back again very soon :) Follow me on instagram/twitter @ceperk to see some of my other fun style photos and Charlotte adventures like Food Truck Friday and Anthropologie finds!
Fall is my favorite season, no doubt. Layers, boots, brisk temperatures, the list goes on! Yesterday I spent a lovely afternoon with two of my closest friends Larissa and Brooke at a local vineyard near where we grew up. It was so great to all get together (Brooke lives in Atlanta now!) and spend some quality girl time before I make my big move!

Dinner later that night at Coastal Flats, joined by Liz!
I’m off to Folly Beach, South Carolina for the week! I plan on working (safely!) on my tan, enjoying time with the family and taking a week away from work stress! I love our annual week at the beach – and I am definitely that girl who brings sundresses to the beach and gets dressed up at night. So many outfits are beach chic, why waste them? ;)
Seeeee ya laters!! (and yes – that IS Folly Beach!)
This weekend I’m headed to NYC to celebrate Liz’s limited time left as a single gal! We are looking forward to lots of fun times ahead! Plans include eating, drinking, walking, lounging in parks, and dancing! I’m also looking forward to the outfits that will be packed – sparkly dresses, casual day outfits and new outfits that I’m sure will be purchased! Here’ hoping we look as chic as these girls this weekend!
Here’s hoping you have a fabulous weekend! I’m off to help my little brother move out of college in WV. Where has the time gone!? I hope you have gotten yourself a fabulous pair of Mint skinnies since you last stopped by – the outfit options are endless!
